Fuel Magazine issue 16 has arrived, and has started to ship out to subscribers today. The usual thick & glossy affair, for this issue we enlisted the help of some fine local talent. The cover shoot was photographed by Loretta Lizzio, a Queensland artist who as you can see is a dab hand behind the lens too. She’s also spending a fair bit of time down here in Melbourne, which is quite ok with us.
The El Camino was supplied by good fellow Shayne Stewart, the model is Elisabeth Berral, and the styling and hair/make up was taken care of by the ever enthusiastic Keira Rae.
We’re pretty happy with this one, and it’s probably the most diverse we’ve ever done as far as content goes. There are 13 weighty articles in there, and each one is different from the next. We’ve got hot rods, customs, hand built classics, skaters, bikes, historic racing, lowriders, history and vans. Yes… vans. We like vans.
Worth noting again is the fact that our friends at Dickies are giving away some bumper packs for new subscribers to the magazine, starting with this issue. Numbers are limited so sign up now to grab the goods.
As mentioned, subscriptions are going out now. Single copies will start shipping on Monday 7th April, and it will be in Australian newsagents Thursday 10th.
